RDL's Political Manifesto
Update: 31th Dec 2012
Effectively one year slippage of all goals of RDL, designed to delay the world from suffering from Global Warming. this results from a combination of:
  • Organized thievery &
  • Political
  1. stupidity +
  2. failure to recognize Global Warming+
  3. idiocy to pass laws allowing incompetent representatives to ban wives of American Citizens ever visiting husbands in the USA
  4. Cutting off communications with residents not resident of their district, state or nation of an elected official not representing where I live,  including but not limited to [ibnlt] the US Republican Party, Democratic Party, the UK Conservative Party, Labour Party & Mayor of London, or even if I do (reside in Oregon), the Senator of Oregon State promises to answer my email within seven weeks, but have not, within 15 months so far. The Democratic President of USA (representive) responds to say he will read & respond, but never has done.
  • US Political Party or any Religious Affiliations: Absolutely None.

  • National Affiliations: Only United World [UW] & United World Foundation [UWF]. Having declared GE as Alternative President of UW [APUW] & Officer in Charge of UWF [OUWF].
(However: In order to accomplish and manage Utopia, RDL shall modify this Political Manifesto to  encourage support of UW lawmakers who propose, promote and vote for such proposals: for life, by RDL, Ideal Customers [iCs] and/or encourage support of all voters associated with Tax Protected Zones [TPZ].)

UW Actions Supported:
  • Reducing use of fossil fuels [FF] ~90%/person at home, work, travel, transport and production, which reduces four kinds of pollution: ie
    1. carbon dioxide [CO2]
    2. methane [CH4]
    3. nitrogen oxides [NO and NO2] and
    4. ozone [O3].

All of the above result in lowering Global Warming, which will otherwise melt ice caps & glaciers, raise sea levels, & lower water supplies for:

  1. industrial manufacturing,
  2. plant life,
  3. food production
  4. drinking water for live people,
  5. live animals &
  6. growing plants.
  • Reducing production of cars, by 128 million [m], over next 20 years, whether fossil fuel [FF] or hydrogen fueled [HF]. At an average of  $25,000/car, this reduces costs of cars by $3.2 trillion [tr].
  • Production of 32m new Zero-CO2, HFc-powered Gavin Hawks [GH], over the next 20 years. At an average of $50,000/GH with an average life of 10 years, this costs $0.8tr, but triples the capacity/vehicle-mile to carry passengers (which would lower the use of another 64m cars, ie to 128m fewer old or new cars on the road, over the 20 years, thus saving $2.4tr.
  • Reducing use of cars on roads by 128m, to reduce by 50% of deaths and injuries and related costs for 480m former road users. This reduces the $512 billion [b]/year cost of medical treatment resulting from road injuries.
  • Reducing building roads: Thus, saving taxes, money and takeover of land from food  and other production
  • Reducing building of airplane's airports and terminals, saving taxes, money and takeover of land from food  and other production uses
  • Reducing maintenance of roads, wherever they can be withdrawn from uses as roads, and opened to other (safer) uses
  • Increasing generation of electricity from sunlight,  wind (while the sun shines or the wind blows), waves, tides and (heat, not oil or gas) energy from below the Earth's surface
  • Increasing capture of heat energy from the Sun, while it shines, and storing it underground, nearby, for later use
  •  Increasing capture of heat energy from the earth and storing it underground, nearby, for later use
  •  Increasing production of hydrogen, ideally separating it by electrolysis from the oxygen, in water [H2O]
  •  Increasing production of hydrogen in homes, businesses and small distributed plants, which avoids need for ($11tr) distribution systems for hydrogen and reduces distribution of FF for cars: To refuel vehicles, and to burn, or use, hydrogen: In hydrogen fuel cells [HFc] at homes, businesses, industrial plants and aircraft and land and sea level vehicles.  This avoids the cost of adapting distribution systems of between $2.2tr-to-$20tr, ~$11tr.
  •  Increasing use of HF in homes, businesses and industrial plants, air travel and personal and public transportation road vehicles, instead of FF, and
  •  Increasing generation of electricity in 80+m people's homes, and millions of businesses and industrial plants
  •  Providing a HF alternative (GH) to FF powered airplanes for air travel for 110+m passengers/day for 25-to-4500-mile, non-stop trips (to be extended to 10,000 mile trips). This eliminates the need for airports, terminals and wasted time, lives and injury by road accidents, caused by and causing to, traveling to and from airports
  •  Providing HF powered GH to transport up-to-80m troops/day
  •  Providing pilot/air-traffic-controller operating centers [PATCO] to train and manage pilot/air-traffic-controllers [PATC], to control taking off, travel, landing and protection of 8m GHs, carrying up to 80m passengers/ day, in flocks of up-to500 GHs/flock, carrying up-to-5,000 passengers/flock, including protection from accidents and terrorist attacks
  •  Providing 4000 PATC working in PATCOs, on the ground, on aircraft carriers or convoys of Amalric III
  •  Providing 600 Amalric III  [AIII], operating independently (in open oceans) or in convoys, to service and manage flocks of GHs, including Gavin SuperSea Hawks[GSSH], (including producing HF, refueling GH and basing PATCOs), to support and protect private and military travel across land and sea, rather than using roads, ships, airplanes, airports and aircraft carriers
  •  Providing  GaviHas for living, working, learning and teaching in, or moving house, driven independently on the road or carried on trucks, lorries, trains or on Amalric III
  • Providing GiaBats, based in homes, businesses, police & UW military bases (and carried byGHs ) to observe conditions and situations and detect chemicals, to protect people and property from criminals and terrorists, and to cooperate with and control SuperGiaBats carrying weapons for police, naval and military use
  •  Avoid refueling of cars (anywhere) with HF, beside roads or highways, but refueling GHs, private & public vehicles, with HF produced at UW Utopian homes & businesses
  •  Support UW people who support most of the above at home
  •  Support UW people who support most of the above at work
  •  Support UW people who do not commute
  •  Support UW people who do not travel, or transport goods, which use FFs or electricity generated by using FF
  • Support UW people and firms who do not purchase or use goods produced or transported using FFs
  •  Support UW people and firms who train pilots/air-traffic-controllers [PATC]:
  1. who control air travel
  2. save travelers lives
  3. avoid their (and other road user's) deaths, injuries and medical costs, twice as effectively as is otherwise possible for road travelers
  •  Support UW PATC who avoid accidents
  •  Support UW PATC who prevent terrorist attacks on, or by use of, pilotless GHs or pilotless Mother Hawks
  •  Support firms who support, at least some, of the above
  •  Support UW politicians who support all, or almost all of, the above.

RDL’s Plan supported (subject to abandoning, after lack of UK collaboration, up-to 2013) all of these by designing and building 50 Utopian cities and 500 Mini-Utopian-Villages in the United Kingdom.  For example, the first five Utopia (and 50 Mini-Utopia-Villages) will be built adjacent to London, over the next eight years.  Up to 324,000 people would be living adjacent to (and, possibly, incorporated as boroughs into) London. At least half, ie 162,000 of the residents, would be of voting age and very likely to support UW politicians who supported the creation of those cities.

Subject to abandonment, the rest of the 50 Utopia (plus 500 Mini-Utopia-Villages) in the United Kingdom will be built adjacent to 10 other large cities, over the next ten or twelve years, with very similar results for 1.75m residents of voting age.

RDL's plan for the United States is (now, as of Dec 2012) offset by five years, to begin in 2013, & increase to 100 UW
Utopian cities (plus 1,000 UW Mini-Utopian-Villages) in the next 10 to 12 years. The number of UW Utopian residents of voting age goes up to at least 2.5+m which should be enough to elect the most effective and enthusiastic supporter of RDL's Political Manifesto as APUW.

RDL (offset at least one year) also supports the above by its design, construction and operation of two PATCOs in the United Kingdom, which control safe air travel, especially in pilotless GHs.   It also supports & promotes design and construction of pilotless, Zero-CO2 Gavin Hawks for passenger travel and freight, without use of roads.

RDL’s Practicality Rule is that reduction of pollution cannot be 100% enforced, on the first day.  Their goal is 90% reduction by the end of the 20st year (2032).  This allows for time to design and build new facilities (such as Zero-CO2) UW
Utopian cities, which include homes, businesses, industrial plants, communication systems, transportation systems, farms and water supply systems. As the new facilities come on line, at least an 80% reduction in pollution emissions is expected by newly resident UW Utopians

Another 10% reduction of pollution can be achieved as additional
UW Utopians become suppliers of the earlier UW Utopia and their residents, businesses and industrial plants.  RDL also expects other suppliers, independent of RDL, will have reduced pollution emitted, in the process of producing products and services, making it easier for UW Utopians to buy their needed goods and services from non-UW Utopian sources, without breaching their 90% reduce-emissions goals.

2011 Additions to RDL Goals

  • See Experimental H2
Project 10: The development of non-Henry Ford type farms, to support family farms on ~4+ acres of independent UW land.
  • Project 11: UW Utopian, Mini-Utopian-Villages and Project 10 Farms, all UW designed to support living, working, learning and teaching at home
  • Project 12: Project 11 +++ support search for and facilitating migration to and colonization of intragalactic, Earth Like planets.
  • More Major Projects: New RDL Major Projects 13 to 25.
The overall plan leads ASAP to Project 23, which is to incorporate the desirable & necessary aspects of all RDL's All Major Projects
Overall, these projects add Gavin & Shirl's Distribution Systems [GSDS] to Universal (including & beyond all UW Utopian) homes, enhanced and expanded beyond GSDS Rooms, to real environments (which can include any open spaces and large enclosed areas) and includes Augmented Reality, Augmented Control (included in Project 23, thus called  Super Augmentation). And, interlinked network relationships among users of GSDS rooms and real environments. "Users" (of various RDL projects) are enhanced and expanded to include GSDS Room users, real environment users, who can establish and operate as ranked level Users, such as:
  • Chess Masters* (of planning, production and exhibition of all forms & media of information)
  • Producers (of entertainment, advertising and/or education)
  • Conductors (and/or Directors of Players)
  • Players (of music, dance, dialogue, mimicry, design, drawing, photography and sound recording: connected with entertainment, advertisement and/or education)
  • UW Officers (Civilian, Military, Naval or other ranks) at Flag, Senior, Middle, Junior or Petty Officer level), engaged over 75% of their working hours supervising and/or directing any lower level of human Actors, as opposed to doing work themselves)
  • Actors (any human, robot, machine or device doing  work: by their own effort and/or direct or indirect operation or control of tools: engaged in military, naval, police, clerical, transport, sanitation and production of goods)
  • Other categories to be defined.

* RDL Chess Masters [RDLCM] (organized along the same lines as UW Officers, described above) are a category engaged (more or less in the same manner as conventional humans who plan and play chess games): But, in this case, RDLCMs are Users of RDL Projects (Typically but not limited to Project 23) who use RDL project facilities to organize, plan, direct and control activities of RDL Project users (and their associates who have mutually agreed on the nature, degree, limitations & extent of their association).
