Ex0Planet Observatory [EPO]

Astronomical view of Earth-like Ex0Planets, obviously, the main target of EPOs. As noted, near Proxima Centauri is the nearest (possible) Earth-like Ex0Earth I. If interested in investment in Milky Way (outside the Solar System) ask Contact us, to submit your bid, subject to XCUW.  

RDLGSAD plan several views, ie versions of EPO over the next 20 years, all arranged above (most) cloud cover, far enough from city lights  & low enough in mountain country to be able to raise food for inhabitants of Project 10  farms. Early versions are also chosen to be on sea-shores or near mountain lakes where sea planes (or small Sea Hawks) free to land on and take off. In three or four years (say 2014-5), full size, 10 passenger Gavin Hawks can be used to support Project 12 homes &/or EPOs, whether near lake, sea or ocean shores, or not.
EPO can be incorporated with a large (40foot [']) GaviHas specially modified with a slide-back roof, & normally dwelt in by up-to-six people. Otherwise, a special EPO can be constructed, set up originally (from cabins or larger & smaller GaviHas): All, equipped to be operated remotely. In this case, the EPO can be attended by one or two maintainers, for a day or so, once or twice, every two months.
Each EPO will be equipped with an at least 20inch ["]+ telescope, for astrophotography used to search for and investigate ExoPlanets, & used as terminals for instantaneous superimposed intercommunication WorldWide, throughout the Milky Way. (Small competition with Kepler, some support & extensions, of its goals are possible, especially increased resolution of chosen ExoPlanets, using thousands of EXOs.)
Several hundred EPOs will be planned, well distributed, for WorldWide use. Locations will be chosen from several points of view of:
  • the Milky Way at night, with
  • access to establishments, maintenance, water, food & existing power stations or power from sunlight
  • provision of (or access to) intercommunication with other EPOs & independent observatories to integrated instantaneously-synchronized-images to create the equivalent to photographs from apertures of ~8,000 [k] miles in diameter.
  • Obviously, the light gathering can be summed of all EPO telescopes, & the resolution of details can be the equivalent of the distances between the 20"+ telescopes, aimed at the same locality at one time
  • By waiting for the Earth to go around its orbit each solar year, the diameter of its orbit (186 million [m] miles) can be added to the resolution(s)...
  • Plus, the movement of the solar system around the center of the Milky Way.
